Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To comply with our returns policy and be eligible for a refund, the item purchased must be seen to be faulty or damaged.
Where a receipt or proof of purchase is presented we shall offer a full refund. If no such proof is presented, we shall offer a replacement or gift card to spend in-store at any time.
If you wish to contact our returns team to request a refund/exchange, please contact us with an explanation and any supporting evidence. i.e photographs.
Once we have confirmed your refund/replacement/gift card, please return your product/s, to your nearest store found on our locations page.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/replacement/gift card.
If you are approved:
- Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- Your gift card will be created and sent to your desired store.
- Your replacement item will be made available for you to collect at a later date.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
