Here at Whitehouse Butchers we aim to provide the best quality meat at the best possible prices. However, being a natural product, we expect all meat to show some variation in taste and texture. Whenever this or any other product issue leaves you feeling unsatisfied, our Satisfaction Guarantee is here to help put things right.

Full Refund

If you have your receipt and we deem that the product was faulty, we’re happy to issue a full refund

Product Replacement

We’re happy to replace the products if you don’t have your receipt. You will need to provide packaging or images as proof of purchase and we must deem the product faulty

Store Credit

You may choose to receive store credit onto your App account or Loyalty Card. You will need to provide packaging or images as proof of purchase and we must deem the product faulty

What our Guarantee covers

  • Poor Taste – Unusual or bland flavour
  • Poor Texture – The product is tough or inedible
  • Premature Spoiling – The product has a persistent smell, discolouration and stickiness
  • Whitehouse Butchers Products – All items packaged and labelled by us

What it doesn’t cover

  • Incorrectly stored products – Products that have not been refrigerated or frozen within 1 hour of purchase
  • Incorrectly cooked products – i.e. Roasting joints that have been cooked in a slow cooker
  • Incorrect items purchased – i.e. The wrong steak or too many packs
  • Branded Products – i.e. Colman’s or Oxo

How it works

  • Check that your products are eligible
  • Locate your receipt
  • If you don’t have the receipt, retain product packaging
  • Take photos where necessary
  • Dispose of the product as you see fit
  • Complete the following form or speak to a store manager
